2. Must advertise to get people to know about them.
3. Must convince people to buy.
4. Must keep their customers.
5. Must avoid failure on the path to profits and success.
Plus: Consumers are just like me and you – with the same dreams and desires as everyone else.
So how the heck is YOUR business different?
